Coupon Code Redemption

How do I redeem AppSumo coupon?

For first-time iSpionage users

Enter your information and the coupon code

For existing users: 

If you’d like to keep the same email login address, please log in to your account, then use the link to redeem the code while logging in.  If you’d prefer to use a different login email address for your iSpionage AppSumo plan,  please be sure to log out from your existing iSpionage account before redeeming the coupon code.

My coupon code does not work, what should I do?

The coupon code purchased from AppSumo can only be redeemed ONCE and is valid for a SINGLE USER only.

If you tried to redeem a coupon code you receive from someone else and it did not work, in most cases that means the coupon has been redeemed and it’s no longer valid.

If you purchased the coupon code directly and it did not work, you may have received an invalid coupon code.  Please contact iSpionage support@ispionage.com

Why is my login email on iSpionage is different from the login name registered on AppSumo?

If you are existing iSpionage user and have redeemed the coupon while logging in to your existing account, our system will use the existing email login id for your AppSumo plan.

How do I change my email address/login id?

Step 1: Go to www.ispionage.com. Login with your current id and password

Step 2: Go to “Account“, and select “My Account” then you’ll see “User Info” tab

Step 3: Enter your new email address in the email textbox provided.

Step 4: Click “Update My Account” when you’re done

General Questions

Can I download keywords with my AppSumo plan?

No. The  AppSumo Deal is a “view only” account.  If you need to download some keywords, you could always upgrade your plan to our regular plan at any time.  See iSpionage plan and pricing for more details. 

Which countries do you cover?

To maintain the data quality, we currently focused on US, UK, Canada and Australia.

Why don’t I see any data when I enter a competitor’s URL?

If we don’t have data for certain URL or keyword, it could be due to any of these 4 reasons:

  1. The advertiser runs PPC campaign with a very limited budget.
  2. The advertiser runs only local PPC campaign that we don’t have any server coverage.
  3. The advertiser is in a niche that we do not have data for. Our keyword universe is about 100M keywords.
  4. The advertiser doesn’t run any PPC campaign.

How Do I cancel / take advantage of AppSumo 60 days money back guarantee?

To cancel your account, you’ll need to do the following:

  1. Login to iSpionage account
  2. Go to the “Cancel Tab” and submit your cancellation
  3. Send an email to AppSumo to get your refund.

How Do I Upgrade / Downgrade My Account ?

To upgrade your account from Appsumo Basic Lifetime to another plan, please follow these steps:

    1. Login to iSpionage account
    2. Go to the “Account” and choose “My Account”
    3. Go to “Upgrade” and choose the perfect plan for you, either it’s monthly or bi-annual

 

To downgrade your account back to Appsumo Basic Lifetime, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to iSpionage account
  2. Go to the “Account” and choose “My Account”
  3. Go to “Cancel Account”, fill the form
  4. Choose “Back to Appsumo Basic Lifetime”
